On the right track

I did not get to see Caroline today, but Katie said she had a pretty good day.  Katie is at wine club, I mean, book club, so she may have to update more later.  She did had some sleep apnea today.  More than we would like.  However, she did recover on her own today.

An ENT specialist is going to come see her tomorrow.  We have noticed a few times that Caroline wheezes and seems to struggle a little to breathe.  You may remember that she had the same problem a few weeks ago.  They speculated that the breathing tube caused some swelling in her airway.  They gave her some kind of steroid and her breathing really improved.  So, the ENT people are going to check her out to make sure they are not missing something in her airway, nose, etc.

Katie mentioned that Caroline was really back to her old self today.  She was trying to rip off the CPAP all day.  It looks like she succeeded in the picture.
