No infection.
The blood culture came back clean. The culture taken from her fluid in the breathing tube showed serratia, but no infection. They stopped giving Caroline antibiotics this afternoon, so I had a good feeling.
The new team of doctors started today. They are going to try to turn the breathing tube down just a little bit more tonight. If all goes well, they will probably take the tube out tomorrow. However, since it is the weekend, I wouldn't be surprised if it got pushed back to Monday.

Thank the Lord! Caroline already understands the importance of TX-OU weekend and did not want her mommy & daddy to be worried for the biggest game of the season:)
