Let's talk about the important things first. I have been somewhat irresponsible as a first time Dad... I have not dressed Caroline appropriately on Texas Longhorns game days. Maybe the moment was too big for me. I was able to dress her today in a pink Longhorn shirt with burnt orange booties (pink and burnt orange match, right?). The Longhorns responded and played their best game of the year. I will try to keep up my good work.
This afternoon, Caroline was transferred to Level 2 NICU! She went from being the veteran of Level 3 to the new girl in Level 2. I moved cities a lot when I was in high school. I think I have some good advice for her. She is going to have to show some of that feisty personality. The plan is to take off her cannulas tonight to see how she handles it. She is also now up to 5 pounds.
I would like to thank the Level 3 NICU nurses and staff. I love you all.
congrats cc on this graduation! You'll conquer level 2 in no time,I bet.We are celebrating you tonight. I know your daddy is on cloud 9 with 2 wins today.....congrats to the horns too!
